If you buy a new mobile home, you can choose your location when you order. The purchase of a second-hand mobile home is done on site, it cannot be moved.

The campsite la Renaudière**** is not a Residential Leisure Park (PRL) and is therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite during the whole period of opening, from April 1st to October 31st.

You are the owner of your mobile home, you have the possibility to rent it during the periods when you are not present. It’s easy, we take care of everything : you inform us of the reservation dates and the campsite will take care of the various collections and the handing over of the keys to your tenants. This is a great opportunity to reduce your annual rent!

The Camping la Renaudière**** is open from April 1st to October 31st.

You can enjoy the indoor pool from April to September, with its whirlpool and counter-current river.
The outdoor pool opens a little later : from mid-May to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). From 10am to 7pm and until 8pm in high season.

Yes, we know it’s hard to part with your pets. That’s why pets are welcome on our campsite : we accept dogs and cats (except 1st and 2nd category and maximum 2 per pitch)
Rate : 5€ per night and per animal.

For the pitches : arrivals are from 2 pm and departures before 12 am.
For the rentals : arrival from 3pm and departure before 10am.

Children’s club leaders are present all summer (July-August) for children aged 6 to 12. Schedule from 10am to 12pm.

Yes. As a professional in the outdoor hospitality industry, we are subject to regulations and protocols that guarantee a high level of safety.
Our team is trained to offer you a service of irreproachable quality and for your safety certain services will be modified to respect the governmental instructions prohibiting the gathering of people for example.
Our campsite gives you access to large natural areas in the open air and you will be able to move around easily, taking into account the rules of distancing.

We ask you to bring your own masks, because it is requested to wear them, as everywhere in Loire Atlantique, according to prefectural decree, in closed spaces.

In order to guarantee your safety as well as that of our team, we set up a secure Check in / Check out.
To access the reception of the campsite, the mask is mandatory. The minimum distance rule of 1m must be respected, with a maximum of 2 customers in the reception area.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is at your disposal and we ask you to use contactless payment methods (contactless credit card, secure online payment on the website, bank transfer or check) when possible.)
Your mobile home, your keys and your barrier badge will be disinfected before your arrival and after your departure according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer will also be made available to you throughout your stay in your rental.

The SANITARY PASS must be presented at the reception upon arrival. It is mandatory for people of legal age.
This may include: a certificate of vaccination, a negative test less than 48 hours old, or an RT-PCR or antigenic test attesting to the recovery of Covid-19.
 
For vacationers: upon arrival, please report to the reception desk. It will be requested only once, regardless of the length of your stay.
 
For residents: you must show us your current vaccination certificate or vaccination course.
 
For those who are not vaccinated at all:
– Are you staying at the campsite for a long time (continuous stay)? -> you must show us a PCR test less than 48 hours old once.
– You come on the weekend and leave during the week (discontinuous stay)? -> you will have to show us your PCR test each time you return.
 
For visitors: you will also be asked to pay a fee when you enter the campsite, even if you do not use the pool or the snack bar

As part of our secure check in / check out, we guarantee the disinfection of the mobile home, keys and barrier badge according to a strict protocol with a virucide product. A disinfectant sprayer is also available throughout your stay.
 
For more security, we ask you to bring your own bed linen and towels (comforter, comforter, sheets, pillow, blanket, towels).

Wearing a mask is mandatory on the entire campsite as soon as you leave your pitch.
 
In each collective area, you will find a poster indicating the sanitary measures to be respected for your safety and that of others.
 
Reception: Wearing a mask is mandatory as well as respecting the rules of distancing (1 m minimum and 2 people maximum in the reception area). Give preference to telephone or e-mail contact when there are no emergencies.
 
Boulodrome: All pétanque players must wear their masks and respect the rules of distancing as well as teams of 6 maximum when using the courts provided. Each player must have their own balls and rag. We do not recommend any loan or exchange and we advise you to designate a game manager to manage the jack. We remind you of the importance of regular hand washing and disinfectant solutions.
 
Aquatic area: In respect of the barrier gestures.
 
Laundry: Our team carries out a regular disinfection and a soap and/or hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is at your disposal.
 
Playground (swing, spring games): Our team makes a regular visit to disinfect the swing and spring games area. You can also disinfect the equipment before and after your visit using a disinfectant sprayer available to adults on the playground.
 
Sanitary block (next to the laundry): Our team carries out a regular disinfection and a soap and/or hydroalcoholic gel dispenser is at your disposal.
 
Ping-pong table: Inaccessible for the moment because located in an enclosed space.
 
The multi-sports field: In the respect of the rules of the barrier gestures.
 
Restaurant-snack-bar: As of April 1, the restaurant will open for take-out until 7:00 p.m. and for delivery from 7:00 p.m., to respect the curfew still in effect.

We guarantee a full and immediate refund in case of Covid-19 on your vacation dates, for all reservations made.
 
If you or a person registered on the rental agreement tests positive for the virus and cannot travel*.
 
If you are in a confined area and/or sanitary measures prevent you from reaching the campsite
 
If the campsite is in a confined area: medical proof to be provided, subject to being notified within 48 hours of the medical results.
